Who Are We?
As Founder and Managing Director at Island VIP Concierge, Karl Bourne is responsible for setting the company’s strategic objectives and leading Island VIP Concierge’s growth and strategies in new markets by recruiting new managing partner hospitality experts from around the world. This provides each customer with a personal concierge connection in each locale to ensure confidence in their travel experiences.
Karl has established a customer-centric culture throughout his career ensuring the well-being of his employees was at the forefront of his leadership roles. As a result, Karl excels at delivering exceptional customer engagement to the traveler, leading to great bottom-line results for organizations.
Beyond Island VIP Concierge, Karl enjoys traveling with family and fishing. He’s also an avid soccer, basketball, and football fan.

How We Started
Island VIP Concierge was founded by Karl Bourne. After spending the bulk of his career in the hospitality industry working at world-renowned hotels, Karl developed a passion for serving guests and giving them a VIP experience.
As an expert in hospitality, Karl aims to make first-class service available to everyone at an affordable rate. In addition to Island VIP Concierge, he has owned Aluwan Travel Services for many years.
